It’s also on the doorstep of Grizedale Forest - a tree-lined adventure hub packed with mountain biking trails and a Go Ape centre for the more daring. Offering an appealing blend of the old and the new, this historic cottage pairs original beams and stable-style doors with contemporary styling and modern elements. The lounge is immediately inviting, with a open fire, plush seating, and a Smart TV with an Xbox One console to keep younger guests entertained.
