This delightful cottage is conveniently located in the centre of the bustling market town of Keswick. A variety of shops, restaurants and pubs are within 50 metres, you can also visit the town’s popular theatre and cinema, also within easy reach. Derwentwater is only 0.6 miles away, take a leisurely stroll along the lakeshore, rent a boat, or even go on a cruise to enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding fells. Pack your hiking boots and ascend the nearby Wainwrights Latrigg (1.5 miles), Catbells (4 miles) and Skiddaw (5 miles). The popular Lake District towns of Grasmere, Ambleside and Windermere are also within 21 miles.

A warm and cozy cottage in a great location. Really handy for the local pubs, restaurants and local shops. Overall we had a great week and the cottage was good value for money.

This is a fantastic find even if it does not have its own parking spot. If you are familiar with Keswick you will not struggle with parking anyway. We had a great week and the location makes it easy to reach the local bars and restaurants. We also used the buses for the first time to travel around the lakes!
