A well set out property for our party of 7 (5 adults and 2 children). The en suite rooms and family bathroom situation worked very well. The situation is excellent..Blencathra rearing up behind the property, good bus service into Keswick (or a lovely walk aling the railway) and may walks from the door. Satis House is one of the best cottages I have stayed in. It is rare in a rented property that there isn't anything that's missing or doesn't work, but that is the case here. A warm, comfortable and, beautifully presented cottage, that lacks nothing.

Lovely house. There were six adults and one toddler in our party and there was plenty of room to gather or have time out if required. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Books and games were available to use. Beds were comfortable and we all slept really well. Lovely spacious house which is very well situated and equipped. The conservatory was where we spent most of our time whilst we were in the house. This cottage is great. The size of the house is perfect for a family. The interior is done really well and in a modern way. We have never seen a more equipped cottage. I really suggest this place for a relaxing break. You will need cars to get to places of course. Thank you Satis House.

This is a really well equipped and comfortable house. Location is great with easy access to Blencathra, the coffee shop and two pubs. The old rail line walk into Keswick also really handy. Welcome hamper was the best we've ever had! Highly recommended!
