The cottage was fabulous. Bedroom downstairs for us, the grandparents, one room upstairs very private for our Australian son and the other bedrooms all together for our younger son and family. We all said it was a great choice of cottage!

An excellent property. We were a party of eight. Our grandchildren are 6 & 9 years old and are excellent walkers. They walked to The Pheasant for Sunday Lunch - would recommend food. Otherwise, the location may limit families to use the car daily.

A great house for a family get together. The kitchen has an induction hob. We did lots of cooking and the equipment was OK, though I'd recommend bringing your own knives etc if you are a very discerning chef. There are two stairs off the main living areas without stairs gates. One to watch for toddlers, but the underfloor heating is amazing. Beds wRead moreere quite soft. The travel cot provided didn't come with a mattress, so I'd suggest bringing your own. Hide

We used the house as a meeting point with family joining us from Wales and Ireland. We had 5 adults and 2 children under 10. We came to this property to celebrate a 60th birthday with family including children, I was a little worried before we arrived in case it wasnt big enough, but was pleasantly surprised , it had plenty of space. All the bedrooms were lovely. The barn was perfect for our stay. I would definitely recommend.
