Access Statement for Sun Cottage  Coniston

 

Introduction

Sun Cottage is situated high above Coniston village with stunning panoramic views across Coniston water towards Grizedale forest. Coniston village is only a 5 minute walk via steep lanes
the cottage has 3 bedrooms on the first and second floors

 

Pre-Arrival

  • Directions are provided by "the Lakeland cottage company “or you can use the postcode LA21 8HE
  • The nearest bus stop is n Coniston 0.5miles away
  • The nearest train station is Windermere 7.0 miles away
  • The nearest RADAR toilets are 0.75mils away in Coniston

 

Key Collection, Welcome and Car Parking

  • Parking is provided for 1 large vehicle but note the cottage is approached via steep and narrow lanes
  • The cottage is the 2nd in the row from the car park 25m away
  • The keys are within a key safe adjacent to the front door(code will be provided before arrival)
