The following access statement has been provided by Rachel & James Bartholomew, the owners of this property

Introduction  Rossendale House is a stone, rendered, semi- detached property. It is reached via a private, gated tarmac drive & parking space, adjacent to The Causeway.

Pre-Arrival

  • • All bookings and arrangements for key collection etc. are handled by our agents at The Lakeland Cottage Company. Full details can be found on their website www.lakeland-cottage-company.co.uk
  • • The nearest bus stops, in both directions, are at the top of The Causeway heading into Cartmel village centre.
  • • The nearest train station is in Grange-Over-Sands approximately 2 miles away.
  • • Public toilets are available at Cartmel racecourse.
  • • This access statement is available on our agent's website and in the 'welcome guide' in the cottage.

  • • It is possible to drive close to the back door where ample private parking is available; you will need to open the main gates off the road to access the parking area.
