Completing the property is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. There’s parking for two cars, but do take care as the road leading to the property is very steep!

Boasting a thriving pub/brewery, pretty shops and eateries, the village is an excellent place to spend the afternoon. Coniston Water offers pleasure cruises on Victorian paddle steamers, and there are myriad scenic trails throughout the local area. If you are feeling energetic, the iconic ‘Old Man of Coniston’ is a popular destination for walking.
